In Zwitch, you play as a robot who has woken up in an abandoned Factory the has fallen into disrepair. In order to escape, Zwitch must use the Time Travel technology the Factory had been working on before its fall to temporarily hop back to when the Factory was still operational, and use the tools there in order to solve puzzles and escape the Factory in the present.
During this project, I took on the role of Junior Technical Designer. I worked alongside 3 other Juniors under a Lead Technical Designer in order to create the framework and mechanics on which the game would be built. My personal tasks were to create the world changing effect, which can be triggered either by a story event or the player using an ability found later on. I was also tasked with the creation of the lifts used within the game.
